This is my second portrait from life, done a few months ago.. Didnt get the chance to finish it but maybe for the better.
a few problem areas;
eyes, fuzzy nose, chin, some problems with edges (ie shirt, chin/chair/wall), chair behind her should be of much darker value, etc. But I'm pretty happy with it anyway, so feel free to tear it apart.

I think it would be worth it to finish it.. It still looks a lot as a WIP but you got a good base.
The nose looks a little too short and there's something strange going on in the right cheek bone area.
I absolutely *LOVE* the palette you chose.
Oh and having different kind of edges is a definate plus (crisp, fuzzy, hard..) |

1st thought : Hmmmm looks unfinished
2nd thought : shouldn't be touched again, looks good...everybody can draw an exact portrait, but I like it because it's not as detailed as it could be.
I like it! |

Thank you for replying . I think there will be more variety in edges as soon as I learn more about handling the medium... |
