I like the way you did this, like looking out of the window of some transtport or something, about to go out to war like in saving private ryan

anyways it's way too blurry to make out anythin, I can faintly see the tank and some soldiers but the idea of 'storm' seems more like an excuse to blurr everything out.
Actually even if you just add more contrast to the soldiers the picture could really look better.

actually i made a storm because people have been saying why the weather was always that good on Atrigo(look at 'my art' in my sig), plus, i havent really worked on something like that before
