Heheh, I actually got an email from someone telling me I had gone all arrogant because I don't post here anymore ;]

It's not arrogance, though - I just feel silly posting my pictures all over the place. (If I post a picture at gfxartist, ebonykeep, epilogue AND here I usually feel stupid. Ah well.)

I'll make an exception for once, though... eh... this is the first picture I've done for 'myself' in a very long time. Doing mostly work stuff these days, and thus I never get to draw the stuff I love. So this is, basically, just a picture that I did for fun.

It's of a character from the fantasy world I've created - and since it's a picture for fun and not for work, it's a guy that looks a bit like a girl ;] Those who know me know that it's a style kind of thing.

Anyway, I know his leg looks...weird. Me sucks at the foreshortening thing - maybe I'll learn with the next picture, hm? =]



And as for the character himself, I'll quote what I've said elsewhere:
In the tongue of his father's people, his name translates into "tainted heart of spite", which pretty much sums his personality up on the surface.

Enyhrye thrives from breaking up relationships - be they between friends, lovers, or families. It is, perhaps, the only thing that makes him happy. To see others cry because of him. Of course, there's more to it than that, but... that's a story for an entirely different time.

This looks great as allways! eh no I like it even better than your last ones I've seen. Maybe it's because of the new way you painted the rocks (great texture!!!) ?! Never seen a part like that in one of your pics before I think.

Just the right leg (lower part) looks a little strange to me but I don't know why. Maybe it's to short?

Svanur: Combination of custom brushes, and webcam shots I take, and just hand painted stuff in photoshop ;] I cheat a little with the webcam shots, I know, but what the hey...

Great to see another picture... I was actually beginning to worry. "Why isn't she posting anymore???" ...but here you are with more of your very wonderful work.

Post in as many places as you can. There are a lot of people who just frequent a few forums. Everyone should have the chance to encounter your characters and artwork...!!!
