woah... freakin awesome.
i like it, a lot.
i think you might want to tone down the folds a tad on gandolf's clothes there... there's a TON of folds there. but it still looks really cool.
the backgrounds kicks arse. i like the tree a lot, and the grass looks really cool also.
the horse is good too... although i don't know my horse anatomy much, so i can't tell you if it's correct or not (you know what you're doin anyways).
what did you paint this in? photoshop or painter? the BG looks like it was done in Painter to me. i dunno.
you should give us a step by step on how you did this lol j/k |

It's a mix between Painter 7 and Photoshop 6. All the colors were done in Painter. The touch-ups, textures, fx, glows were done in Photoshop. |

I really like this piece... I only have one crit: The glow from the sun seems a bit distracting, like it's a bit too strong. Otherwise, no complaints. Nice work. ![](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

looks good, but as was said I think the glow is a bit distracting, also it seems a little off as for example it seems the glow is behind our characters. So why would the front of the horses face be illuminated? You should try to make the glow more rayish as well sense it seems leaves might be blocking it's path as well. |

Personally, I like the glow...it's the same glow you get in real life at dawn...the whole thing is awesome! ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Here's the step-by-step procedure of this pic. It's not of very high quality but it does the trick.
