yes, its hard to read his shirt.
any comments or crits would be nice, im having a hard time blending the background colors nicely.

take the fat ass blur tool at the biggest setting possible and blur away.. or if you have more time take the smudge tool and transition it in.

Not a good idea to write red on green..

looks good though. maybe outline the text in black if you insist on red?

is that true about the blur tool? most people dont reccomend using it..(or i could be mistaken.)
