This started out as a quick pic... just messing around. But I spent a little more time than I intended. Not that you would know by looking at it Any comments... anyone???

thats pretty darn cool man. i like the city alot. looks REALLY good for a "quick" pic...but i can tell it took some time.
one thing i dont really like tho...is how the clouds are travelling upwards like a pyramid. to me, it makes the pic kind of look wierd...but hey..im not saying to fix the clouds! that would take to much effort i think. but do it if you want! if this isn't already finished...FINISH IT.
cool pic nice perspective im out.

looks great so far, perspective is very cool....not sure if you're having this intention but the brush stroke of the ground on each side of the road runs parallel to the road which is sort of giving the illusion of the vehicle rushing to the city...i think u should push that a little more, blur that stump and give the illusion of speed...

I like the concept, but I feel that the city looks too uniformed and almost mirrored, I almost get the same impression from the clouds. I don't know if that was your intention, but maybe you could vary the heights of the buildings? Other wise, I really like the earth tone color scheme, and design of the ship...cool rocket fire effect.

Thanx for the comments everyone! I agree with the too symetrical feel... now that i take a second look. i was sort of trying to give the feeling of things zooming in and out, etc... but i think it maybe did come out a bit odd (like the clouds )

fuel_99: wow... if you see similarities between this pile o' junk and his work, i'll take that as the best compliment yet
