This is my little brother sticking his feet into the cool sand that is below the hotter upper layer...that's why he's holding his slippers in his hands btw.
I just switched hosting so i hope the picture shows.
C,C&PO will be largely appreciated. |

hehe, at first i thought this was a pic from dune(the book) but then i saw a kid there holding sandals
the darker 'dots' along the dune and in the foreground make it look like hes been walking all over the place, dunno if that was intended or not. very cool pic!

so simple and so beautiful.
but i must agree with the other guy on the black dots around the sand...makes your bro seem like he had a hyperactive attack and ran around the whole beach, and now hes standing there cooling off his feet..heheh |

amazing Novacaptian, you'd sure have captured the hot desert mood. Those textures on the sand are a really good touch. Me like!
One comment, the perspective of the boy kinda confuse me a bit. i dont know what it is, its kinda hard to explain cause i dont even know what it is. |

actually...a lot of people walk around on the beaches, he's not really alone, he just walks slower than the rest. |

lol Nova.
This really is quite gorgeous. I especially love the cloud on the horizon. Your little brother sounds pretty cute, how old is he?
And I'm assuming this beach is in Brazil? Is it near the ocean? |

He's 13 now, i took the photo of him about 2 or 3 years ago...The beach is at a small village caled itaunas, once a fishing village, but now it lives mainly because of the tourists.
From the village you can only see some sand dunes on the horizon which, when crossed,
give you a splendid view of a beach with nice and warm atlantic water.
Someone's photo gallery of the place
Here's a map of where the place is...look for Itaunas/ES.
The little turtles are there because sea-turtles come there yearly to lay their eggs.
