Hm.. well, I'd try to get rid of some (or all) of the "pencil" lines, working on it a while longer until the shapes and volumes were difined without an outline.

The lighting could be more dramatic and the blood seems too brightly colored.

Wounds are usually quite dark and blood is too.

The nose looks like it was pushed to the right and the mouth is opening in a rather strange manner...making a square shape that probably ought to be more oval.

Is the hand just holding up a severed bald head or does the hand belong to the same person that owns the head?

There's a lot of expression here and the colors are very fitting. nice work.

Actually I thought the lines helped add to the uhm... "happy" feeling of the pic. You're probably right about the rest though . Thanks for the input

If the lines are intentional, make them look intentional...show that you're confident about the line placement and don't just scribble a little around the edges...Reveal your insanity!!!

I think the "happiness" shows through more clearly like this:

ooh yeah! now that's what i call happy!
The expression is much more vivid..I seems that half of the expression in the picture is on the guys face the other half is in the intensity and "fury" of the lines and brush-strokes.

You can still play with higher contrast and wider lines to make the picture even more "shocking"...

keep it up
