@ MODS: OK I didn't want to open a new thread but I think the forum has a valid right to acquire knowledge about why you closed my "THINGS YOU WOULDN'T EXPECT..." thread so we all might avoid your wrath of retaliation in the future.
CONSIDERING THERE WERE NO VIOLATIONS AGAINST (POSTING) RULES PRESENT IN THAT GIVEN THREAD

The reason would probably be the piece of stolen art posted by another user in that thread.
If you were to take this up with the moderators privately and without the CAPS LOCK in use, i assure you that it'd yield more results. Questioning their decision in this manner is probably not going to do much in your favour...
Instead of complaining about your subject matter I will give you a thorough critique instead. I hope you listen because i like to imagine that i'm not wasting my time on this.
The shading isn't right...it's incomplete and inconsistant. Try imagining the lightsource and the object in three dimensions. Use reference if you have to.
Example: There's shadow on one leg but not the other, how many others can you spot? Eliminate them.
Try different rendering techniques maybe?
Study anatomy:
The broad shoulders and upper body don't seem to fit well with the skinny arms or the general idea of "female anatomy". Representing a womans body goes a bit further than larger breasts and wider hips.
The left arm looks very strange, especially around the shoulder. The hand appears to be as large as the entire forearm.
Now get drawing a lot (there's no need to post all of them...do 20 and show us the 21st)
How about some color on the next one? |

Also, please note just because you live in a freedom of speech country by no way means you have the right to post 'anything' on privately owned bulletin boards. Mods have the right to edit/censor/remove posts as they see fit for whatever reason they like. There isn't much you can do about it, other then host your own boards and be the boss of them yourself. |
