you have a good job don here Anatoliy. the hands en head are very good modeled en textured as critic i think maybe a little to much light in the scene .. and the hair look kind of funny to me.
I myself do texturing completly in PS (with a Unwrap from texporter as reference)but now I have seen this can you give some tips about deeppaint looks like a power full programm.
