I overworked it..
I have a bad habbit of doing that sometimes..
and I think I need to work more on that hand, looks like crap right now.

Really great interpretation. I like your brush work. Your uuncle looks uncannily like Vince Vaughn.... good work though. Have anymore stuff?

Beautiful painting, the background is very nice, the clear sky, strong sunlight, and the baby's look strangely reminds me of mongolia, but you live in Sweden right?
I think the baby's skin need to be softer, the brush strokes on her cheek appears a bit strong. and her left eye was a bit high. just nitpicks though, I love how everything else was done. |

Very nice textures going on here, and the likeness is ace. Somebody once told me that kids look younger when soft, though. Anyway, the picture looks finished enough to me, but if you're going to work a little on it anyway, I'd consider giving the sky gradient some 'natural media' interest as well. It smacks of digital.
