HI eveyone, I've just found out about this board and thought it be a great way to get some feedbak on my work. Here's some of what I've done based on the 80's cartoon Transformers.
This is a sketch of the Autobot leader Optimus Prime
Another one:
Decepticons Leader - Megatron
And my first attempt at photshop: Soundwave

Ahhh Transformers rock.
What ever happened to such grand times. And what the hell is this Beast Wars crap anyway?
At any rate, These pics are cool. They show a good understandding of perspective, but they would be even coolor if you got into using perspective line when drawing. Takes some getting used to but it really helps sometimes. Then again, that might screw up the cartoon look of these. I dunno...just a thought.
Do some constructicons. ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Have you tried actually transforming one of those Beast Wars toys? They're impossible to figure out without the manual. You can't rotate this until you pop open this, but you can't pop open this until you take this bit and twist it exactly 35 degrees this way...
In the end, all of the robot parts in the Beast Wars transformers hide inside the fragile beasty shell that make it look like a creature, anyway. |
