Interesting concept. The icons kinda reminds me of that flying finger from "The Yellow Submarine" movie. Gives the piece a Peter Maxx meets digital feel. Great expression on the face. Nice skin tones. Like the background, also.

Oooh, I really like it. Cool concept.

The only thing that bothers me is the face seems to be going in different directions. For instance, the top is nearly in profile, but the mouth is facing more towards us.

I really like it when a picture has something to say. Not like all art has to be political commentary or anything like that --- but it's fun when a picture makes you think.
