Anyway, this is Rally from Gunsmith Cats. I don't think I posted the original image here...and I know have not posted this version...anyway, although I have gone ape over the whole "anime girl with a gun" thing, lately, any c&c would be appreciated. Thank you

Face is a little messed.. i dunno what it is .. its either the mouth or the eye's.. but the rest is great. Remember Big eye small mouth ^_^ |

I looked at your gallery. You have the same problem popping up.. Good body's, but he faces and heads are off in left field somewhere having a picknik.

thanks for the c&c and checkin' out my site, folks I can't put my finger on the problem with faces/heads either...there are probably lots of little problems all going on at once and I just need to get back to basic fundamentals...ah well. thanks again!

her eyes are to close together. for manga art, i believe it is one to one and a half of an eye of space between the eyes. she seems a little cross eyed as well.
i had a look at your site, some really great images you have done. you dont have much male characters though I noticed.
I was studying manga art a while ago to, its great fun. |

Thanks, Jabber, that will help, one and a half eyes between the two...I figured it was something...yes, I am genning up some male characters as well as basic "head work"...thanks for checking out the site

I'm by no means the authority on Anime character design, but I think the faces are a little too american. All japanese anime characters have large heads and incredibly small, sharp jaws. The eyes need to be larger as well |

AtOne,
Well, that makes two of us, I am no authority, on anything, much less Anime character design...it is my spin on the genre no more, no less. I do like Anime/manga style artwork...I also like classic American comics...this, among other things, is the result.
