I'll give you my 2 cents, but no sugarcoating...here goes.

The skin tones look really strange, they don't look right. The shadows seem to be an addition of black upon a single pinkish tone. skin has loads of colors; yellow, green, blue, pink, red, orange, brown...you name it.

The lips look like they do not belong to the face. This is partly because of their "sharpness" of their contour and partly because of the color that is so brightly different from the rest of the skin.

I like the eyes but they're a little too widely opened to convey a relaxed expression.

It looks like you took your time on the face and then did the body with a lot less patience. The body looks like it's evaporating, having no defined form or size.

Her top is very edgy and "sharp" and, like the lips, it stands out instead of merging with the picture.

Don't be discouraged, and keep practicing.
