Colors looks ok, perhaps I'd like to see some hueshifts and reflective lighting tho. The BG is a bit flat and boring (too big). Try to simplify the strokes and avoid blury airbrush strokes.
Also, the form of the apple looks a bit odd, especially at the bottom. Apples are rather round.

I think I've seen a tutorial with an apple just like this. The blue spot showing thu reminded me of it.
