I was going to post this in the Speed Painting thread but i cant seam to view more then 5 pages of messages so ill post a new one instead.

Well i have been trying to paint with the paintbrush instead of the airbrush lately, the first one kinda sucked

(took about 15 minutes)

but my second got a little better


(took 20 minutes i think)

and last, something i did after looking at a tutorial on www.seegmiller-art.com



(took 35 minutes)

Haha the worm in the apple brings back some childhood memories of picking apples in my great grandfathers backyard
Did you use a photo ref for any of those pictures or just all original from your brain? I see where the 3rd ref came from :P (tutorial)

Nope, no ref, except for the tutorial for the 3rd one, kinda like it myself =) my first try of the hair pic turned out really bad, =P, but i think i got it pretty good on this one..
