Nice start here but two things I'd do to add a little more to this quickie. First, I would make sure his foot didn't leave the ground until it was further behind him. The way you have it now makes it look like he should be moving faster if he's taking strides that short.
Two, I would try to put some more pressure on the foot as it plants. Make his heel drop a little just after the toes make full contact and continue to leave the heel there until he begins to bring his foot up to step forward.
Both these should help your character look like he's sneaking and give a better sense of weight because it's that sense of weight that isn't coming across right now. Hope that helped.

This is a guy sneaking i did for my animation class ...
theres something wrong with it but i cant put my finger on it.
My lecturer said it was 'ok' ...
