It's not by any means bad but there are a few problems I noticed. If your going to use a realistic style then try to make the hair look REALISTIC. The lighting in his hair is a bit blotchy too. Again on the hair, the facial hair looks a bit out of place. My advice on that would be to play around with the noise filter, or ask one of the other guys in here, one of them will know. Also, try to use the magic wand to select an area and use a bigger dodge/burner than you need, I noticed in the neck area you got a little splotchy. Now for the good! In my opinion you did an EXELENT job on the lips and armor and his skin color/shading looks right.

Ur right.. the hair really looks fake... I saw seegmillar-art.com tutorial on painint hair.. but I think plaining blonde hair is very different from plaining black hair..

I'm gonna try again right now and repost the hair again.

the eyes spook me out O_O try to look at peoples eyes and see how eyelids are really shaped around the eyeball. i like the overall colors

Yah, I was gonna mention the eyes too, but I felt I had cut it down enough!

There was a SUPER eye tutorial on here a while ago...Now I wonder who did that....
