It's pretty decent, but Tidus doesn't look at all like Tidus. His chin is much too big. |

Its a bitchen pic man, but a few things... Like Ridley said, Tidus' jaw is FAR to square and his chin is to large. Yuna looks more like Rhinoa from FFVIII than Yuna. Yuna had a chubbyer face and kind of a Mouse brown hair as well as darker skin(not dark, but not pale like Rhinoa). Just my two cents. |

This shot is from the FMV, so the colors are quite different from the in game models. I think it's good, but the complex lighting scheme is a pretty hard object to tackle, and if not done correctly, you end up with uncertain spots in the picture. Smooth out your rough spots on the faces, and get some richer tones in the hair and some parts of the face. In some ways, they seem quite dead, which can be fixed by looking at how color works in your own face in mutiple light sources. The water looks cool, but make some spots that aren't big droplets, like random amounts. I don't know if this will help, but FFX is a kick ass game, and I like this picture. Good work. |

I started this right after I played this part of the game (quite some time ago) and I decided to try to finish it up this past weekend. I'm thinking that there are a bunch of things that aren't quite right in it (lighting? anatomy? ...). I'd really appreciate any critiques or help you could give me. Thanks.

Thanks guys. I tired to fix some of the anatomy stuff that was messed up. Akolyte, I think you've got a point there, but I'm not sure how I'd add richer (?) tones in the face and hair. I'm also unsure about the water droplets. If anyone could take the time to explain this or show me it would really help. |
