and this is my first time try to paint in PS6, spend about 4 hours on this, please C&Cs, and it's kinda small, somehow??

This looks a lot like a 256 color illustration. Jpeg supports a lot of colors (millions of them) so use 'em

The legs are too reddishly pink and the shorts look flattened. This is because the shading doesn't suggest a lot of curvature. You forgot (?) about the foot/shoe on the right.
