well this one was a very quick painting of total 30 min .. reason i painted it is:

I watched a really sad movie this morning about two sisters and one of em (youngest) died at age 16 cause of her lung problems, but well in the end before she died, she made her sister promise to go to the place that was their world, which was the beach by their old house in the winter..

so well this came out from it ..


image isnt of a good quality since it was drawn in a size you currently lookin at.. and well this piece will be places in the trash-can among other paintings of same quality ..

i think the only thing keeping this from being ultra-likable is that you havn't put all the time you could have into it yet. get lots of references for sky's and such and try to refine things all nice - then it will be fabo! already the colors\composition and idea are real nice.

I agree with Icannon. This has the makings of a striking image if you refine it a little more. I like the loose quality and the colors, but the lack of specificity makes it difficult to linger on the image for too long. IMO it looks like a very thoughtful image, just give us an excuse to ponder it a little more.
