I don't know why you haven't gotten more responses, I like this.
I think maybe people are a bit confused as to how you may have done this or maybe some just dont like the paper effect (who knows)
Is the background paper the only special effect (filter) you have you used in this photo? (besides the text of course)
Is this a trace or a type of photo manipulation?
other than that, I think it looks alot like a watercolor painting.
