My quickies.
I think this is my first post in this part of the forum, although I do look around quite a bit here.
I have a question. I need to know how to prepare a painting or whatever done 100% in photoshop or painter for printing. Ever time I print something done 100% in painter or photoshop, I get a really blotchy result...like its very poor resolution, but yet the picture is 200 or 300 res.
Ok picture one....boring but hey, I need to explore a bit.
second a sketch done in painter. Getting a little better at using some of the tools in there.
C&C are welcome...
Peace. |

Hey Indian prophet,
nice work. I though I could comment on the military thing. A suggestion, to make the picture a bit less "graphical" and to get a bit more interaction, is to have some details into the shadows. Even though they don't explain much, you get a better feeling that there's something there instead of a cardboard layer on top of the sky. Because a shadow is never totally black, even though it's high contrast. just a suggestion:

Thanks Joachim, its always an honor to have you critique my work. I admire your talent. You know, I think you are right. I should have created some depth somehow as you have shown. Hmmm, let me see what I can do.
Peace |
