I smoke a lot, I mean A LOT when i'm painting or just surfing the net. I was wondering how many of you smoke or have weird/obsessive habits when working in the computer...

Chewing on stuff.
Constantly.
I'll need to upload some pictures of my poor mutilated pens. |

coaster dont even begin... i chew my pens too , plus my pencils ( very cautiously though ), when i dont have a pen then ill grab some piece of plastic or ill start chewing the skin around my finger nails..then bite those off.......I CANT STOP!.. i always need to chew on something.
FYI: chewing bubble gum helps you remember the material that you are studying. the researchers arnt sure though if the chewing helps store or retrieve the information. |

I didn't use to drink alcohol or coffee and I didn't use smoke, but now I do all of them.
Go army.
But then again, I don't consider any of them to be a "bad" habit as such.
I also tend to need something to fiddle with, I need to keep my fingers busy. That's where my zippo, pencils, cigarettes and what not come in handy. |

I fiddle around with whatever necklace I'm wearing at the time. If I don't have a necklace, I chew on something, usually a pen, my nails or my watchstrap.
I also tend to not communicate in actual words, or full sentences, just grunts. Aah! I'm turning into my dad! |

All you people that chew on stuff--be VERY careful. I went to the dentist the other day, and he pointed out that I have hairline cracks in many teeth. That is dangerous because when the cracks get bad enough, you'll be in SEVERE pain when the nerves get exposed. And I don't even have the habit of chewing on stuff! You can't see any cracks under normal light--you need to use REALLY bright lights like the dentist to see the cracks. I bet most of you chewers have bad cracks already.
As for me, I have the bad habit of having waaay too many windows opened while I browse. I mean, I open more windows than I close, and it's like taking one step forward and three steps back. . .. You can never get off the internet that way. |
