got inspired by William 'cyberpunk' Gibson
for doing this chaotic city on a bridge...
once again I had a some problems with fading
the building correctly into the distance
but .. I'm working on that problem.
and some things aren't really in the
right perspective..
c&c?

that looks really great, but yea i can see what your talking about with the prespective the forground part of the bridge looks weird and the buildings to the right doesnt seem to fade the same as the buildings to the left
and the water looks to plain, but the sky ... wow looks great

Heya Tek9z... I know what your "fading" problem is...

Notice, you have the same color on the facing side of the buildings as you do in the sunset. Since the light is coming from the back of the buildings, you shouldn't be using similar colors on the opposite side of the buildings. Try using more purples, getting lighter as you go farther back. Also, there is no reflected light on the foreground section of the bridge. Kinda makes it look out of place. But either way, still looks pretty friggin good to me.

*drools

me love gibson. pretty amazing that this is almost exactly how i pictured it, only with some more tall, gutted buildings in the background. really fantastic piece. was this worked over a photo? sorta like a matte?

Beautiful job, the sky turned out great. Since San Francisco is known for fog, you could try putting in some mist on the bottom of the buildings in the distance...this might help create a distance effect...just a suggestion.
