It is very cool.
I am not sure that I like the nose on the center head. I would put a brighter glow around the outside heads.
Try putting the 3 letters across the bottom. I don't think they add anything to the image composition.

nice idea and layout, has potential. The face constructions looks off, everything is looking too blurred.
