185 megs or so, divx 4.11, ~50 minutes. English subtitles.
This is the newest production of Congregation Films, continuing on our epic superhero/crimefighter saga. See if The Protector and his trusty young sidekick, The Streaker can survive the fiendish plot devised by a mysterious villain bearing a grudge dating back to the 70's against our hero! Download now!
(I know it's way big, but hey, it's a 50-minute film, there was really no way to make it small enough for anyone without either
A. Broadband access or
B. A lot of patience
to download...) |

Nkummel:
Zorglub is right, download the file they linked to and install the codec. I should've been clearer on that, but I figured divx is so much of a standard these days everyone knows about it. Stupid of me, of course. |

I'll try to get some up, only I don't actually have any decent webspace atm, due to some server issues. Just a minute, though... |

yeah i enjoyed it too. one complaint though. a lot of shots seemed too dark. you need more lights! hehe, but it was good none the less. |

Thanks for the comments!
Guy: We know about that, now... Ah well. I went and ordered a new lamp for my 1000W video light I've got lying around here... It's a held-together-with-tape type of old affair, but it should work, once I get a new lamp for it. Should've gotten one earlier on. That makes two halogens we've got now. Anyway, we'll be shooting a short music video-type thing this friday, and will be experimenting with some lighting options, reflectors etc. Whatever we can get/make cheap. |

Hm, it seems this divides people pretty sharply into those who like and those who just don't like it. There've been a few "just not funny" and "a dull and bad film" -comments, but mostly people have seemed to enjoy it quite a bit. :\
Could you be a little more specific, Shizo? Was the humour lousy? Plot too boring? |
