Nice...
This looks like it could've been done with Adobe illustrator(?). Good choice on using the varying-width stroke. The snowboarder has no eyewhites...I think it'd be good to give her some because the contrast between the eyecolor and eyewhite is something i've, personally, grown used to. I think the hooves (Or is that just on horses?) look odd - geometricallly speaking that is.

I like the last one most. Give him some highlight on the hair.
