Here is an image that is almost finished. Tell me if you see anything that would make it better. The one mistake is that since this is Britney Spears face, she should probably be in red with horns.
Seriously, how does my illustration look.
Have a Merry Christmas

The image should show up this time. If you click on the link above, delete the closing IMG tag.

Rather high key piece this. You've got some good contrast going on in her body, but her face just flattens out as you didn't keep consistently the same amount of contrast as you had going before. She also doesn't really look like Britney Spears to me, she looks too mmm old, not that I'm calling her old or anything. Just not quite the same innocent kick-me-in-the-rear look. The anatomy looks quite good except on her legs, they're reading more like silly putty than toned muscles and all that. The shadow on her right leg especially. I must admit that you rendered her hair just lovely, I really like that. The wings are pretty but they just don't look attached, more like she is kneeling in front of a background painting. This seems to be a trend here lately hrmm. There needs to be more solid structure to them I think, and not like plastic either. Wings would likely arc out and bend a bit, not just go straight on one plane or the other. And I really think you should ditch the drop shadow from the wings on the background, that just completely flattens everything, detracts from your composition too much. A more deeply contrasting background may be in call so that you don't completely lose the wings in it. Well, that's really all I have to say about it, oh except she seems to be having issues with her fingers on her left hand now that I stare at it more closely. Still, great work even though she isn't really my type! (I prefer my girls just more mmm natural I guess is the word for it I don't know) |

I think this is the main thing that bugs me in the image. The rest looks pretty good except for the crits above. Pretty sexy though.

Thanks for the feedback. I made alot of little changes to the image. It looks better without the shadow and with her head moved to the center.

ggerbil and kamal, thank you for your suggestions. I fixed the neck and simplified the shading on her one hand.
One more good thing, I really don't think it looks like Britney.

Very impressive, man. I really like the reflection on the floor, nice touch.
One thing though.. ermm.. she has a double camel-toe happenin' in her pelvic region. I mean, I've seen the traditional two-toed camel hoof, but three toes!? That lady has two holes. :P |

Looks like Britney Spears' head painted on a swimsuit model's body. This feeling is heightened I think by her head being slightly small (proportionately) for her body. And yeah, the camel toe needs some help. Good coloring. |
