Hi folks,
So thats my second post here. After my first post in the "work in progress" section I received some good suggests and advises by Sukhoi and johnnyp. I tried to use them in my picture but I probably failed. Thats my second digital picture, If I found my first one I gonna post it ^___^

I really hate the mountaisn but on the other hand I really love the sky. The soldier took me so long and I thought the shadowing never gonna end but I finally finished it, but I rushed by painting the mountains and his Uniform. The Topic is about a story that my big brother in one of his College Media classe wrote. Its about an utopian space colony. Thats enough enjoy the picture, c/c is welcome ^___^

Good start. I can see a couple of anatomical errors. The eyes dont match up and seem kind of slanted. The nose seems a little off too. I think you used black on the lips. Never use black on skin. I believe the face could use a bit more of contrasts. My favorite part would have to be the sky, great job. The hair could use some work. I recommend looking at a couple of hair tutorials. The neck seems to be a little fat and actually not inside the collar. The mountains look very flat. Some darkers contrats and bring highlights should fix this. That white line on top of the moutain makes it flat also. Either take it out or fade in parts of it. Like I said very good start, it just needs some fine tunning in some areas =). I hope that helped. |
