There were 3 reasons why I wanted to do this pic. 1). I draw in a hybrid anime style, and always wanted to do full on, like when I was a kid. 2). I saw a coloring style similar to this and wanted to try it out. 3). I just love drawing naked women
Here are the inks
And here are the colors

Sorry for using a filter. It was the middle of the night, and I was tired, but I wanted to finish coloring. |

Personally, I think it would add alot to the issusion of the power she was radiating from her hands covered her up a little bit. |

Her facial expression is a little odd, especially for the pose. She looks tired and annoyed... |

Nice colouring there. Awesome hair! Looks like an ideal warehouse rave flyer image.
The right thigh should be narrower. Also, IMHO, the opening of the clitorus should be shorter than that. |

Hmmm--- The style looks--- good. the coloring is-- good.... Why did you use the spin effect in the background? Isn't that a bit overdone? Oh, and why is this poor girl nude? I know its your choice in the matter, but is really necessary to post what looks like a child nude? Once again, the coloring and lineart are well-done...

Ooh, very nice, clean lines. I'd lose the filter though, if I were you. And the little clit line needs to be cut by half. |

(I'm Kelvin's friend, Mark) I really like the style of this piece, it's unique and not a cliche anime style. However, some un-educated people might say, "It looks like Dragon Ball." The large legs look cool, I beleive the point of this piece is to look "realistic," not look like reality. Your lines and colors are clean, which is a plus. Some things you want to imporve upon are the facial expression (give her some attitude), and the filter. The key to using filters is to look like you didn't use them. However, this is overall an excellent piece...NICE JOB. |

This post was pretty buried. I'm shocked that anyone would reply to it. Thanks...and I am going to stop using filters arbitrarily. |

I love anime ^_^, that put out there. I like your picture a lot. This is a pretty hybrid anime style. I've never seen a hairstyle like that, acutally looks pretty good.
I love the line work and hope you will tell me how you make your lines soo clean and fat. The Coloring is just kickass. nice work |

i like the character design from the neck up. the colors are nice and crisp. jus a few gripes and i unlike most dont hate on anime, i like it. the proportions in both legs are way short i used to have that problem when i first drew. stretch those sexy legs! the slit is a lil too far up to her stomach O_O uhh lol. yeah i agree lose the filter but its nice. some of the lightin isnt consistent like the shadowin surroundin her whole head. but i really dig yur style just keep it up ![](images/smiles/icon_wink.gif) |

xandish where are you? im diggin this up just this once and then i'll know for sure he's gone. But i'd really know to know how to get line quality like that.
Curves? Brightness/contrast? Levels?
if anyone else know's it would be a great help. |

I just have really crisp lines, I guess. When I scan, I adjust the brightness/contrast up by about 10/40 respectively, then I do auto levels, but that's just to clean up the scan. |
