I'm new to this, i have a pic saved in Photoshop, how do i post it on here, i know i'm stupid, please dont treat me like the last guy.

You need to save it as jpg, then upload it to a web page somewhere. And then use the <img> </img> tags (replace <> with []) to add the image into a thread. Keep in mind that some web sites (like geocities) don't let you link directly like that so you can only give us a URL for those places (rather than have the image inline).
