nice model and animation. the eye's texture looks a bit weird, and the body texture is a little too uniform- perhaps some lighter areas on the underbelly can help.
i really like the deformable face and expressions.

muahahaha, he's dancing in time to an mp3 i have playing. neat!

i like the detail you put in the head-shaking animation, with the lower lip moving.

nice, I think the Texture are just that so bad because of the Gif Compression.

What kind of programm did you use? MAya, MAx or Cinema?
