For some reason I had to go into the pic properties and copy and paste the url because it wasn't showing up. I'm guessing it's geocities.
As for the pic, I love the use of colors. It has a very mysterious and dark feel to it. The character in the lower right looks sweet. The only thing that bothers me is the swirls in the sky. I think it might look much better if you removed them.
I'd like to see this in a larger size if at all possible.

Hey Krauze, I see what you were aiming for as far as the swirls go, and I think it could be used effectively, but only if it was given less contrast, and put over the entire image, rather than just the sky. As far as what I think of the picture; I dig it. I like the colors. My only gripe about it is that there is just about zero shading done on anything (aside from the jacket the guy is wearing). If you were to shade the bricks on the building and scenery it would give the shapes contour and make them much more realistic. Right now, it looks kind of like you just threw some various colors on the picture (almost like a strange ink wash). I really like the concept of the picutre though, it's pretty swank. Keep it up. Oh yeah, that NBC peacock need to go too IMO.
Hope I helped.

Thanks, Golongria. I`ll work on shading, yeah, you`re right, picture needs some. And I`ll experiment with swirls and logo too. Only thing, I`m thinking about - if logo will dissappear, will picture not lose a significant component and sky will look too empty... I`ll think about it
thanks for your replays. |
