Very well done, Nur! The composition as a whole has been pulled off quite professionally, I recognized a number of familiar techniques used in there. You seem to know what youre doing with your material. The dissonant synchchronization of sound and picture has been smoothly achieved - you should pat yourself on the back for this one ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Well this could be interesting. As you see, one of the original footags has the worst quality you can prehetend.
Shot with an Hi8 and acquired with a standard card. Work with this kind of footage is a challenge that gives you new creative possibilities. And in facts, creativity is what that video demonstrates. I spent much time on first manipulating the levels and the curves of the footage, obtaing this:
This is what happened at the end after my studio of the color.
I tryed to experiment with other decay effects, like the noise, but i always used basic filters. One good solution to trick the bad quality of the video was to duplicate the corrected footage, blur it a li'l, and then reducing the opacity of it, giving a glossy effect to the overall result.
If i want to export in on tape, i'ld add a layer of halftone pattern:
Since it tricks even more. That wasn't necessary on the web exported video and i didn't want that pattern as elemnt of the composition. Hope that interested you . |
