I made this very quickly today. It has alot of perspective errors since everything was done freehand, without vanishing points, ah well. I tried to capture a claustrophobic feeling, but think I failed.

wow Pierre i think it s very nice;
but as you said the idea of a clostrophobic place didn t come to my mind when i saw it; maybe a place where i was prisoner and suddenly discovered the Exit.
Hey you ve been working on sf / hi tech designs recently , what are you hiding us? ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Wow, I really like that... It's amazing how you managed to achieve so much depth and 3-dimensionality with such simple strokes. I love it. |

I did a small 10-minute repaint, hope you don't mind. Didn't manage to emphasize the feel of claustrophobia much. Anyway.

hey, nice pic. but not very claustrophic. i tried to play around with it a bit, here goes:
i darkened the pic, shifted the hues a bit to the green side, desaturated the colors. then i took out the open tunnel and replaced it with a solid wall. i also darkened the corners of the pic to emphasize the feeling of a wall behind the viewer. let me know if this works for you! |

I love it! With a little refinement (sp?), I think you could have a flat out amazing piece of work. Very nice... |

very nice, maybe you should try making it easier for people to tell the scale, if you want to make it very claustrophobic, you could add a door which is very big in the scene making it look like a very tight spot, allso... playing with the lighting, could help, although that's an area I'm kind of weak in still, heh color theory isn't something I'm very good at yet, but I would go the way wayfinder did by making it less well lit, and maybe putting some more tention in the scene by creating sharper angles or something intruding into the space (like rock formations)... just some Ideas |
