Sweden's great...we've been having lovely weather. Food and rent and electronic equipment are much cheaper than in Canada, so I'm very glad about that. It doesn't really affect my job situation, since I work only freelance....

As for me, I'm fine. Or, as the very bad old song says: "Oh, oh, oh, oh, stayin' alive, stayin' alive...."

Java--I'm in Ume.

Yay, Socar!

Wow.. from Canada to Sweden. What an adventure! Don't you get sorta nervous being so far from what you used to consider home? I can't imagine moving to another continent - it gives me the willies.

... and wait a minute, cheaper than Canada!? How is that possible? Our dollar is worth squat.

Have you hung out with Enayla yet?

Welcome back Socar!! I've been wondering when we'd get to see you around here again.

Have you had the chance to do any art or reading since you last posted here? But I guess you've been pretty busy what with the move and all.

Awetopsy - Thanks! All in all, I feel very welcome here.

snarf - Nervous? Nah. Canada was never really home, anyway...I have moved around a lot. Vancouver was just one more place...and a particularly soggy one, at that. I don't know HOW food and rent can be cheaper here...but they are. Maybe it's just where I shopped. But I don't think so.

Shame on me...I haven't really hung out with ANYONE since I got here. Too much to do, lousy health, and all. Still...shame on me for being such a hermit.

FireFry - All the art I'll be doing for the next little while is going to be for work...so it won't be on the forums till well after publication. I've got a new series of rat paintings in mind for the future, though.

Vesuvius - I try to use the wheelchair as little as possible...it's annoying. I hate it. Haven't bought any rats yet...waiting till I get most of my work out of the way.

Lunatique - Thanks!

Yeah, good to have you back!
I remember reading the "I'm going now" post a couple of weeks ago, it sounded so 'goodbye' like.
But one should never say goodbye, only 'till we meet again'!
