Be gentle with me here.
It's been over a year since I've drawn anything, and we took the plunge just 2 weeks into my courses at school.
These are my first 2 life drawings, ever....that I can recall...and the first two pieces I've done in a while.
Done on newsprint with the flat of charcoal. Ignore the scan jobs. My scanner is not 2x3, so I had to piece them together on my cpu.
A plump rump
Yes. Her nipples were abnomally large to begin with.

I was happy.
I've only done the practice strokes with charcoal....large scale seems to be my forte'.

dont let charcoal and shadows obstruct from the form of the figure.
i recommend using a charcoal pencil instead. sharpen it so it has a nice long tip. |
