the head looks the most realistic. you didnt seem to add the same subtle purples into the body. the arms look a little miss-shapen, too .. and his left hand. waist is too thin, i think. excellent hair\facial features.

I'm thinking refining it a little more might help to make it even more photorealistic. Very nice.
