I've been doing alot more drawing/sketching recently hence only two finished pieces to show. All comments and crits are welcome, let me know what you think.
This is Hammerstein from the ABC Warriors printed in 2000ad.
and I decided to create a name-sake for my website MORPHEUS.

both show an above average ability, though the morpheus pic could use some refinement on the anatomy, especially the face. the hammerstein pic looks like a character ripped from the judge dredd movie. |

The robot in the Dredd movie was based on Hammerstein from the English comic 2000ad.
Here are close-ups of both Hammestein and Morpheus. Would anyone like to elaborate on how her face needs refining?

I think the first pic is grea, i love it
The face of the woman needs a little work, the mouth stands out the most.
The shape of it is wrong and its too wide for the face. If you look in the mirror, your mouth is only just wider than your nose (and roughly even on both sides) I cant really give you much advice on how to change it since im just learning the same things but theres a great tutorial by Enayla in this forum
Lip Tutorial
You could also try playing with the jawline a little, making the chin a little more pointier (not sharp tho)
Hope thats of some help to yas |

I think you are on to something here-- I like the colors and compositions-- Problems? The girl reminds me too much of Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. The cape is interesting, but shouldn't it open out and flow more? Instead it looks like it is getting smaller. Nice work though--

mkart: Thanks for your kind words. I see what you mean about the chin and mouth I'll get to fixing them.
Neofun: Thanks also. I'll fix the coat tails they do look off.
I wasn't even thinking off Lara when I did this, maybe it's the glasses that do it.
And who's Greg!? Or are you Greg!? I thought you were Neofun.
