Actually my first full character, i sketched it by hand, and colored it in PS with mouse.

Sweet drawing, has a lot of potential.
Good:
I like the colors that you used, and that hair is off to a really cool start. Nice and simple. Great job on the pants too, the folds and stuff look nice.
Improvement:
As far as anatomy...mainly the chest needs some work. If you draw a straight line from his crotch to his neck and factor in that it's bent, it is still too thin and is missing some mass on the right. The hands are kinda small and flimsy, and the face could have a lot more done to it. Define the nose more, replace the black line of the mouth with some lips, and show more of the eyes. Also look at some references for the shape of the face. Anyway I like the hair but it just needs a little shading and highlights from the light source. Anyway last thing, drop the texture on the concrete. Don't ever use textures unless you have the texture of the jeans, jacket, etc.
