I like the picture over all, but i have spotted some problems(?).
The face seems to be off a little. IT makes her look a little more ugly than the Gwen that it seems to be modeled after. Maybe you could add high lights to the eyes and lips to bring them out some more.

Her ear lobe looks extended, like its sliding down the side of her cheek bone.

The torso and arms look like they were done really good. The only prob i see is that the skin tone on the stomach is darker than that on the arms.

every thing is peachy keen...
but the face is ugly....
Too flat(the face...hahaha) and the forehead is way to sharp....
make the ear smaller and the face look like her...my opinion...
