i'm new here. i posted these a while back in another forum. these were done pretty quick 15 - 20 minutes max. there's more stuff on my temp website. http://www.geocities.com/seburo couldnt find anywhere else to host

Great quickies, they really are. Remember to try to keep the shadow density consistent throughout a picture. And it's always nice to have some near blacks and some near whites. But I'm sure you know this already!

15 - 20 minutes? Really?

Man these are really nice studies. I'd love to see where you would take these given more time.

Really nice work on your site. Loved the pen and ink work. Really nice linework. Have you tried incorporating your linework into your paintings? I only ask because these studies don't do your drawing skills justice. These compositions feel rigid compared to the vibrant sketches you have on your site.

I think they show a strong sense of color, though. Very harmonious palletes.
