w00t.

W00t is pretty much the battle-cry of online gamers, especially in the half-life (TFC, Counter-strike) environment. You can use it pretty much for anything, though it's preferred use is to express happiness or agreement of some sort.

"Wanna go for a beer?"
-"w0000t!"

Aw hell, w00t is just w00t. It's in the same category as shm0000 or aw0000ga!
