Nice job for a first try with a tablet! Is that a reference pic in the corner there? I might be mistaken, but is that from the Spirits Within?

The likeness is pretty close, but here's a few constructive tips. The white of the eyes and the white of the teeth are far to white. Tone down the teeth a bit, maybe add a very very slight yellow hue, but not so much as to make them dirty. As for the eyes, eyes are never that white. They're actually closes to the tone of the skin surrounding the eye, only less saturated and a little lighter. Good job on simplifying the values on the face, but continue to do that with subtelty, as it currently looks a little flat. Hope that helps ya out if your looking for any crits.
