about time i got off my ass and posted something, im usually too busy reading everyone elses posts, learning a lot though.

- here are a couple PS paintbrush works, done quickly. I want to try and get some more depth of course.

- id like to thank http://www.simplestroke.com/ Daisuke Tsutsumi for the tutorial. His was in colour and looks much better....give it a shot .

does anyone know if geocities is stopping my UBB from working??

Geocities no longer allows direct links to pictures, you gotta go through the site to get to it.

You can trick the Geocities server into allowing direct linking if you rename the pics' exttesion to TXT.

But they will probably find out about this 'backdoor' soon anough, so it's best you try some other site.

My recommendation is YOD.NET. They allows direct linking, there's no bandwidth limits and no content control/surveilance (there's no risk of getting kicked out for racy stuff)

The interface is quite crappy, but if all you intend to do is to link pictures, it probably won't bother you.

Try to look into hyperjump.net thats what i use, its pretty good... and a nice interface.
