Ok so there's no naked women, elves or cyborgs, and there's no cookie for that matter. Sorry =(, but I do have some more sketches, and any feedback would be much appreciated.
This one isn't done, but I don;t know if I will finish it...

Damn, and I was right hungry, and all. (For the cookie, that is, not the naked woman.)
I like the suggestion of form you've got in the negative space in the left-hand picture. One can see where the arm and torso would lie, although it isn't there.
The one on the right is not as arresting--I think it needs some focus--a better-defined light-source maybe, and more variation of values. At the moment, it is not particularly expressive, and doesn't really capture the imagination. (I realize it is only a sketch...and I really hope I don't offend you with this critique.)
I like the yellow paper you've used. Very unusual, and effective. Although, I think you could do more with it. |

socar- Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it so much! I can see what your saying with the portrait, the fact that it isn't developed is due to it being a sketch, but I agree 100% and I'm not offended at all.
anyone else? |

I see the potential in these sketches. I hope that you finish them. The expression on the first I like a lot. The startled look in the second one could be worked on to make it outstanding. Yellow paper is effective though. Perhaps smudge it up more for texture.

^what they said and If these are sketches for another piece then they are definitely good sketches. I really like the second one.It seems to portray the old man and his emotions quite well in a little sketch. The eyes seems somewhat yearning and morbid. The first one definitely has some great potential as the rest pointed out; with a little work it sure would make a nice piece. Good job, keep up the good work. |

My hedonistic nature brought me here and now I see I have been led astray. Oh well. |
