well I updated my site with a little opener screen. It is supposed to be a hawk but my fiance' says it looks like a mean chicken. Maybe the colors are too much but I wanted it to POP like the rest of the site. Also I cant get rid of that little grey line around the pic. What the hell is that?

Hawk, I hate to say it, but your fiance is right, with the red scaly stuff over the beak, it does look more like a mutated rooster than a hawk. Also i think the eyes may be too close to the beak as well giving it the chicken look.
keep the beak orangeish and move the red to the eyes... 
Nice to finally see some of your work on your site, excellent style.

| Cool pictures you have on your site, they've required some imagination as well in addition to the technical skills. There's nothing wrong with the current splash screen, but somehow I believe that you are able to do even better one. Maybe a bit more simplified or less crowded image, dunno, just suggestions. |

OK tweaked it one last time. No more. I agree that it is busy but that is kinda what I wanted. apppeals to me more.

Well, I like how you have the hawk now. Doesn't look like a chicken to me. Then again, I'm a city boy.
I really enjoyed visiting your site. Your concept art was especially good, that sort of stuff really gets me going.
