Hi!

Yep, that's right! I don't want any critics because this lil pic you see on the screen is the same I had in my head. So, it's perfect - for me I don't want to tell any stories with pictures (at least not at the moment) but rather express my feelings and I did that successfully - at least I think I did that. [OMG, i babble too much]

'Sukin Sin'

ciao

This isn't a critique so hopefully my comments aren't an intrusion.

If the picture is exactly what you wanted it to be and you don't want anyone to discuss the merits of your artwork, why would you even bother posting it?

Somehow that seems entirely opposite to the purpose of the board as I see it.

Anyone else have a thought about this?

No intrusion sighted

You can discuss it if ya want but i am not looking for critics because the pic is the way i wanted it to be. So it wouldn't help much if someone says the colors were cheesy because it doesn't matter to me.
I don't paint for others, I paint for me!
But the people should have the possibility to look at it. Got it?

ciao

St. Seneca - This is a gallery for showcasing your images... I don't think there is a rule stating that if you are happy with your final image that you aren't allowed to show people. Although I do think that people might give you critiques regardless and that you can't really complain if they do. That's what happens when you post an image for the public to see (especially when you tell them they can't say anything )

The pictures won't show.. Maybe it's just really slow, and I have no patience.

By the way, good idea for the "no critique" thing. Most of the artworks in the Finished Artwork forum are finished and sometimes hard to make changes upon request. I know it's going to be hard for me because I work on tangible mediums, but nobody has given me much feedback either..
